International Federation Pastry, Ice cream, Chocolate (FIP) has signed an agreement with the Chef Academy Italy.

FIP is giving exclusive mandate to Chef Academy to organize and develop as a leader, a worldwide affiliate network of Schools and Universities to theFIP.

International Federation invite Schools and Universities to contact the Chef Academy (by sending an e-mail at in order to request the Accreditation as Institutions recognized by the FIP.

The membership to the network and its Accreditation is free, in order to join its necesarry to sign the free Affiliation Program offered by Chef Academy Italy that will verify if the School or University have the right prerequisites.

The most prestigious Schools and Universities may also propose their candidature to become the Exclusive Point of Reference for the preparation of the teams at The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate e Cake Designers World Championship.
