Foreign Trade Institute Event at Chef Academy

Event I.C.E. Foreign Trade Institute - "Italian Experience"! Chef Academy guests from 13 to 15 June 2017 Journalists, buyers and Chefs directly from Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Three days of intense training, meetings with over 30 production companies and a final Gala evening to crown a unique experience of meeting world-class excellence.

 

COOK IN TOUR - Gala Dinner with the italian Embassy

At the end of the Tour, our Chefs prepared an amazing dinner at Belmont Hotel in manila, with the cooperation of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the presence of the Italian Ambassador Massimo Roscigno and the EU Ambassador Franz Jessen.

 

 

 

 

 

COOK IN TOUR - SECOND EDITION - PHILIPPINES 2017 - Cooking Contest

A great success for Chef Academy in the Philippines! The second edition of the Cook-In-Tour was welcomed in Manila at the beginning of February. Three events have been taking place in 2 amazing locations that hosted our chefs and delegates.

The first edition of the Cooking Contest, hosting the best culinary universities of the Philippines, awared two looking up students, one for the "Salato" and one for the "Dolce" contest.

 

 

 

 

High level Pastry with World Champion

An amazing lesson today for our students of the Chef course n. 33 who learned the secrets of a great Maestro Pasticcere.

Students had the pleasure of meeting World Champion of Pastry Roberto Lestani, President of FIP - Italian Federation of Pastry Chefs and know the man behind the champion. These are few moments of the lesson, that we took in order to remember this very special day! 

 

CONTEST CHEF COURSE 35° EDITION

First Contest with the cooperation of the DICK company, a leading manufacturer of knives and professional catering equipment, with the participation of our students of the 35th Chef Course. Our students, in pairs, during a creative trial, have demonstrated their skills and imagination, in creating their dishes with a basic basket of products, with the judgment of the committee that selected the winners of the contest.
