The courses will be taught by renowned Italian pastry chefs in kitchens equipped with cutting-edge equipment and technology. This course is in Italian Language, if student is Non-Native in Italian Language Chef Academy will verify his knowledge. Chef Academy offers also an English simultaneous Translation option during the course.

Objectives: The course is offered to all those who love pastry and who want to know, learn and master the preparation techniques of sweets and cakes. Access Requirements: Passion for the job of pizzaiolo, and the basic manual skills.

Type of recipients: The course is aimed at those who wish to gain a good technical preparation and adequate skills in order to have a useful basis for undertaking a professional activity of pizzaiolo. The course, therefore, is aimed at those who want to gain a qualification of pizzaiolo to pursue a professional career in the catering sector. The type of user to which the course is aimed shall have completed compulsory education and shall have aptitude and passion for pizza and leavened products.
